Peter went into a cigar showroom selling only Cuba cigars of all forms and sizes. A sign was posted in front of an enclosed glass showcase on top of an exquisitely designed and finished antique console stating "Cigar Aficionado - Cohiha 1960 :Vintage / Limited 30 pieces worldwide. Ask for Price". Peter noticed a QR code which he scanned and visited the website giving further details on the make of the displayed product.

Peter asked a salesman on price and finally purchased 3 pieces at $30,000 in total. He was very much attracted by the display which was in the middle of the shop flooded with spot light while other parts of the room at rather low ambience and did not notice a label on the wall just 6 feet away that "All products are not returnable and purchases not refundable".

Peter went home and started enjoying the first cigar. The taste was strange and choky that made him feel uneasy, but he was not very sure if anything was not right. He called his friend, Henry who was a Cigar expert and after describing his purchase and tasting experience with photo shots shared with his smart phone. Henry advised Peter that he should be looking at the outlook tinted in red brown instead of green brown, which was what Peter purchased, and that Peter's were mostly fake ones since, even if the origin and make were correct, the vintage age should have brought the tobacco leaf to maturity instead of green.

Peter felt that he was cheated and checked the receipt which did not specify the details of the purchase but only "Cigar".
