So Peterson authorized Al to negotiate a contract with Tina, but not disclose to Tina that Peterson will be overseeing her work. Al signed a contract with Tina that did not mention Peterson. In addition, the contract did not mention that Al was acting as an agent.

Peterson's name has now been disclosed to Tina.

There is now a dispute between Tina and Peterson. Whom can Tina seek compensation from?

Peterson or Al, because both are involved.
