Pick a company and within the company, pick a department (i.e., Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Legal, Public Affairs, Manufacturing, Operations)

Identify what the department is responsible for (business processes), identify systems, databases, information flow and interfaces using a process map.

Also for the department you choose create:

1. A Dashboard using Excel. Take screen shots and submit as part of deliverable.

2. An Access Database with 3 queries/reports that would benefit Management. Take screen shots and submit as part of deliverable.
