a. Pick a critical moment in life in which you made a fundamental attribution error, and explain what made that moment a fundamental attribution error and why you made it. 

b. Evaluate how you could have avoided the misunderstanding.

c. In the book "Four Agreements," by Don Miguel Ruiz, the author says that one of the tenets of healthy interpersonal communication is "Don't take anything personally." In my lectures, I often say, "Be kind for everyone is fighting a great battle" within (i.e. inside their minds/lives). 

How can keeping those last two points in mind help you avoid making fundamental attribution errors?
