4. Page 4 = Define the Issue/Problem/and the Impact on the Supply Chain, Where is it occurring within the Chain, What is causing the issue (use citations to support your claims) Please note that the issue could be the infrastructure such as a port, not just the boat having problems.

5. Page 5 = Efficiency and Effectiveness Analysis - Explain how this issue can be resolved, improved, or reduced.

6. Page 6 = Chart/Graph/Table that represents the Transportation Management Issue

7. Page 7 = Conclusion Summarize the information from the paper into a clearly understandable conclusion. Provide ideas on how the supply chain can be impacted in the future, potential other problems that could occur, and any final solutions not previously provided.
