Pick a Supreme Court (SCOTUS) case from the last five years, (get my approval to avoid duplications first) and draft a 5-7 minute, 3-6 slide PowerPoint presentation to deliver during the April 24th and May 1st classes. Ensure you understand the majority decision and dissents (if any), and discuss/argue both sides. Then tell us which way you would have ruled, had you been nominated for a court position yourself. If we have time, be prepared to answer any questions after your presentation.
