Pick a team or group to which you belong. It can be one from work, church, community, a family work group (planning and executing an event), or whatever makes sense to you. Think about the members of the group and which of the roles each person plays. Briefly describe the group and its purpose. Make a graphic organizer of some sort that identifies Belbin's roles, notes the person you think fits that role, and briefly (with bulleted points, even) describes why you put that person in that spot. Finally, briefly evaluate the success of this team or group based on the roles people are playing. Are there changes that could be made for continuous improvement?
