Pick any Fortune 500 Company on which to conduct a SWOT analysis. Choose at least two strengths and weaknesses and at least four opportunities and threats. Provide a thorough justification for all 12 SWOT items you choose. For the weaknesses and threats you select, provide a potential way to turn the weakness into a strength and a potential way to turn the threat into an opportunity. After the SWOT analysis, provide a rational for which of Porter's four competitive strategies your company uses. Be sure to provide a thorough justification for why you believe your company demonstrates the strategy you picked. Discuss why this strategy is the correct strategy for your company. Or, if you believe a different strategy would be better for the company, discuss that notion. Also, provide a discussion of why you believe the company has chosen its particular competitive strategy rather than the other three competitive strategies.
