Pick ONE of the THREE delivery methods (traditional, CM, or D-B), and discuss the contractual relationships between the parties to the contract when using the delivery method you have chosen to discuss. Conduct the analysis from the owner's perspective. Things to discuss and analyze: how many parties, and who is contractual to whom. What are the solid line relationships, and what are the dashed line relationships? Under what circumstances (or project objective) would you use the project delivery method you have chosen?What are its advantages and disadvantages of using that method?And, how you (again, as the owner) guard yourself contractually against those disadvantages?
