Pick three of your favorite companies or organizations, locate the home page for each of your favorites and investigate the online customer service they provide. Do they include most e-service channels such as FAQs, email, and chat? What additional online services are provided? In addition, which of these services you discovered could be applied to your own career field? Are any of them used in your current work environment, or former jobs
