Picture a business you would like to start in the future (or make one up). What goods or services will your business offer? How will raise capital to start it? How will you organize your business (which business entity will you choose) and why? When answering the last question make sure to list the considerations that suggest using that entity.

Comment on other posts and indicate whether you believe they should organize their business differently and why. You can always point out other advantages of that entity for the type of business they suggest.
