Tip: You will need to ping a device that is on the same LAN, than you PC.(There are no standard addresses that we can supply here, but you will find the address of your PC and some devices in its vicinity (i.e. on the same LAN) in the Arp -A screen.)
In respect of Ping type B described above, produce screenshots showing the results of the:
a) Arp -A command (2 marks)
b) Appropriate interface data on the Ipconfig /all command (2 marks)
c) Ping command of a device on your LAN and ...(2 marks)
d) Relevant Wireshark packet trace of the Ping operation. (2 marks)
e) Apply the principles you learned to the captured data, to prove that the IP address for the Ping command, is within your devices local area network IP range. (5 marks)
