Pizza Heart is a small and growing family-owned restaurant located in the Heart of the Shire theme park, a blooming role-playing community of over 18,000 Hobbit wannabees. Its owners, "Samwise" (Jim Rosenbalm) and "Rose" (Susie Rosenbalm), are considering launching a website for their business to allow prospective and current customers to know about their menus, order meals, and find out about promotions. They have hired a team of four software developers to start working on the project. Rose, who graduated from the prestigious Shire Institute of Technology, thinks it's wise to have the team employ a set of integrated CASE tools that can help with the entire System Development Life Cycle, from planning to maintenance
