Gathering Data

Each groupmate will collect a sample of at least 10 observations and share their data with the group.

1. Define each variable summarized by your study.

1. Identify any sources of bias in your study individually and as a group.

Displaying and Analyzing Data

Each groupmate will create numerical summaries and displays of their own data set and of the group's compiled data. You may use StatCrunch, Excel, or other software; use additional sheets to insert graphs as needed.

1. Provide and interpret at least one numerical summary and at least one graphical display of each variable from the combined group data.

1. Compare/contrast your individual summaries with that of your groupmates and the combined group summaries. Are differences within reasonable limits? How do you know?
