Place yourself in the role of an internal consultant in the organization you currently work for, or the one you have worked for recently. You have been tasked with conducting an analysis of the current state of your own company within the industry. Use PESTLE and/ or Porter's five forces model to complete situation analysis. The students will present their analysis in class.
