For this Assignment, draft a discovery request in the form of file-ready Defendant's First Set of Interrogatories to be served upon counsel for Plaintiff, Julia Wedgewood containing at least ten (10) interrogatories. This submission must include cause number, parties and court designation, caption, recipient (thru the Plaintiff's Atty of record), citing correct TRCP (not Federal) body of discovery request, signature block, and certificate of service. It must be complete as if it was being filed with the court. You may include "definitions and instructions" in your discovery request but that is optional.
