Plan group activities For this part of the assessment you are required to plan and prepare 3 different group activity sessions such as the following: Activity 1 - an activity designed to help group members get to know each other. Research an appropriate ice breaker for a new group. Activity 2 and 3 - activities designed to empower the group to acquire a new skill (e.g. how to behave assertively rather than aggressively, how to remain calm when driving and avoiding road rage, how to improve confidence when attending job interviews, effective communication skills etc.). To do this you must write up the plans for each group activity using the Group activity planning template provided in this document. Once completed you must submit these to your assessor prior to facilitating the group activity sessions in Part 2
