Planning Package (10%)

Each group will prepare a Planning Package worth 10% of your course mark. Include a mission statement for your business consultant company, a SMART goal statement for the project, the relevant for a student company success policies, a detailed organizational chart, GANTT chart/project plan, and a job description for each member. This will help you to manage the project in an effective (do the right stuff) and efficient (with the least pain) manner and should help to balance group member's contributions.
