This is a great structured approach for developing great communication before presenting. Regarding the more difficult process in these steps, adapting to your audience can be the most challenging. Reading the room is not always as easy as we would like, or understanding your audience's level of knowledge on the topic can be confusing. I have experienced this when presenting information or projects to my team members and executive leadership. There are select topics or more granular information that I may leave out for selected groups but include for the others. It is not that either group is smarter or more advanced, but some information will help them provide context that is relevant to their jobs, and some information will only ass confusion. As for the easiest part of the process, organizing the information would be the easiest for me. The information is already collected, which can be a daunting process, so putting it in an order that makes sense should be a simple process. There was a time in my career when I struggled to gather pertinent information that would be relevant
