Using the voting time estimator I found that the average time for a voter to cast their ballot in my voting district is 2.31 minutes with a standard deviation of 0.38 minutes.

(A) Assuming that the time to complete the ballot is normally distributed, what is the probability that it takes an individual voter more than 2.5 minutes to complete the ballot?

(B) A polling station has 25 voters arriving. What is the probability that the mean ballot completion time for the 25 ballots is more than 2.5 minutes?

(C) Find a time such that 97% of all ballots are completed in less than that time.
