(b) How will James' estate be distributed? Discuss whether Shefali and Wisbech Wildlife Society will be able to receive anything from the estate and any other issues that arise as a result of the distributions. 15%

(c) What claims (if any) will Josephina have against the estate and the likelihood of success? 25%

James Pope died on the 2nd November of 2019. He died intestate. James left behind his long term girlfriend Josephina Carr and their two children Molly aged 16 and James Jr aged 12.
