I stands for Issue. This is always in the form of a question that you are going to answer. It is the essential problem between the parties involved. Sometimes there may be more than one issue. Identify the primary issue and end your Issue with a Question Mark. D stands for Decision. This is your answer to the issue raised. You will have to decide whether your answer is a yes or a no. R stands for Reason. Here you summarize as briefly as possible the reason or reasons for your decision. This includes a statement of the law or laws relied upon in order to reach your decision. Cite your law/article/doctrine/standard/etc. to support your answer including the chapter and page number. Note: you may use ANY chapter in your text (chapters 1-28). Avoid using google or outside references. Submission Format in RED below: Provide Answers In IDR Format - No need to rewrite the question prompt. 1: XXXXXXXXXX (3-6 sentences) D:XXXXXXX(3-6sentences) R: XXXXX (1-2 paragraphs plus page/section citation from 11th book, -10 for no page/section citation) > see sample answer in PDF link above in GREEN) Type your answers here in the space provided OR Type in Microsoft Word format and upload here. Case Question "A" Harvey, a successful stockbroker gives a lecture at the college about the secrets of making money with stock investing. Three of the students who attended the lecture are so impressed that they form an investing club and ask Harvey to be a part of it. Harvey sets up an account for the investing club that allows him access to the account. Harvey was not authorized by any of the students to withdraw any money from the account. Harvey then uses all the money deposited in the account to pay his personal vacation expenses. When he is charged with embezzlement, Harvey claims that he fully intended to repay the club their money upon the sale of his next book and that the students were foolish to think that he was allowed to set up their account and not have access to it.
