PLEASE answer Case-study and write 3000 words about it:

To write a case-study paper highlighting an organisational development initiative. The purpose of your case-study is to demonstrate your learning by linking together practical examples from organisations, gained through research and/or personal experience, to the Organisational Development themes/topics/issues that we have been considering in class. The case-study may either discuss the theory and then exemplify this through practice or use practical examples and relate them to the theory/ideas. The case-studies that we look at in class are an example of what your case-study paper might look like.

Supporting theories, models, approaches, etc. MUST be used/integrated to make sense of/analyze/evaluate company organizational development practice and must be properly referenced, using APA referencing (see CBS style sheet on the Student's Learn Portal for information) I would expect a minimum of 15 academic sources to be used to support your ideas.
