[Part 3]: 15 marks At Foot Fault, the process of employee recruitment and choice of candidate to whom to make an offer of employment is a joint responsibility of the hiring Manager and the Human Resources (HR) department. Upon offer and acceptance by a candidate, it is entirely the responsibility of the HR department to set up an electronic file to which only HR has access. This "Foot Fault Employment File", as it is called, contains documents related to the hiring of the employee, his/her current salary (and salary history) and deductions authorizations. The "Foot Fault Costing Reconciliation File" is produced to reconcile labour cost allocated to expense and production accounts to labour paid by payroll (per the EFT's in the paragraph above). Another file, the "Foot Fault Clearing Account File", includes evidence that the Wage Clearing Account has all costs allocated to either expenses or production accounts.
