You need to develop an HR strategic plan that will integrate the goals, objectives, and strategies of the HR department with those of the company. What general process would you follow according to the chapter? In your opinion, which one of these processes would be the most important, and why?

3) As an HR manager, you are asked to examine the external and internal workforce supply (availability) as part of the HR planning process. What factors affect the external workforce availability (i.e., potential employees) as per the chapter?

4) Continuing with the previous question, how would you assess the internal workforce availability in your organization as per the chapter?
