The questions we are doing this week are the following: 1. Imagine you are in a dark room. You shine a green flashlight at a piece of paper of white paper that has writing in green ink on it. Should you be able to read that writing or not? Explain why in terms of the ways light and matter interact. Hint: Think about how both the paper and the ink affect the light hitting them. 2. Compare the stars in your constellation and decide which star is likely to have the hottest surface. Calculate the temperature of this star.
