2. Analyze how each of the 5 needs you explain connects to the company's strategy of building a learning organization. In your analysis, refer to the building blocks (and their subcomponents) of a learning organization: a supportive learning environment, concrete learning processes and practices, and leadership that reinforces learning. You do not have to address all of the building blocks or subcomponents but do show how the needs are connected to increasing the company's learning culture in ways specific to a building block and a subcomponent.
