please answer the question below. You can answer about yourself. Thank you

Using the information gained from completing the reading and the work in Module the modules on stress:

1) What are you learning about yourself, about your life, and about how you handle stress?

Please a) analyze yourself from a biopsychosocial perspective and b) provide a personal behavior plan for yourself.

I am interested in reflections about how significant life changes, perceptions of daily hassles, personality (Type B or Type A...the hostile component within type A), your personal sense of hardiness or susceptibility to stress, and your style of coping (problem focused-emotion focused-avoidant). You should also include your reflections on your levels of optimism, perceived sense of control, levels of social support, exercise, and any other things you have read in this unit that relates to your personal ability to either cope or not cope with the stress in your life.

2) Given all you have learned in this module, develop a brief behavioral plan identifying steps you can take to improve your ability to manage stress. If you are already managing your stress well, identify the things you will keep doing.
