(8 marks) QUESTION 2(b) Syarikat Adil collects its accounts receivables in 60 days after credit sales are made. It pays accounts payable in 30 days after credit purchases. The firm's cost of goods sold is RM250,000 and RM30,000 closing inventory. i. Compute the firm's cash conversion cycle. (5 marks) ii. Should the company switch to new supplier if it is able to extend its payment period to 40 days
