a) Using where you currently work, or an establishment where you worked before, where would you estimate the business was operating before the pandemic began in the context of its individual PPC and how did the pandemic influence where on their respective PPC they were operating when the pandemic took hold?

b) Explain some of the inefficiencies of this business and what has or has not been done to make them more efficient as a result of the pandemic. (You do not need to state the name of the employer, but it may help to refer to the type of business i.e. restaurant, retail store, office setting, etc.)

c) Since we have looked at the Employment Report for November, indicate whether the number of employees at the establishment you are responding about in this post changed since 2020 and whether there is discussion about more being hired or some being laid off.

d) What didthis business do to recoup lost demand, or deal with increased demand, if that occurred for your employer, since the start of the pandemic?
