The IT Systems Support Officer provides Level 1 & 2 service desk support to Council's 500+ users including employees and Councillors. In this role you'll be the first point of contact via telephone, face-to-face and email support via Council's ITSM toolset. You will provide technical and applications support across end user computing and mobile devices, and manage end-to-end incidents, requests and changes in-line with agreed service levels.
In addition, your responsibilities will include support to department SMEs for Council's IT security requests, applications maintenance and upgrades, telecommunications network and mobile device operations, assist with the invoice and requisition processing for the team.

The IT System Support Officer is also required to provide on-call and technical after-hours support on a rostered basis.
