Daneille and James are Directors of YSW Company Limited. The Company is a beverage company that specializes in making and distributing fruit juice across the Island. Jerone is the driver and had signed a contract to not carry on business of a similar nature and solicit customers if and when he leaves the company. Jerone had a falling out with Daneille, and James and went ahead and formed a beverage company for the purpose of soliciting customers from YSW Company Ltd. Jerone named his wife the owner and director of the company and himself as an employee. Daneille and James wish to sue Jerone but Jerone is adamant that he is not the owner of YSW Company Limited and as such, was not in breach of his contract. a.
