Please can someone help me draft a post hearing letter with this information

I attended Kempston Magistrates' Court today to represent Evie Knowles on the drink drive charge. As you know, Ken was unable to be with Evie as he was in hospital, but her brother James was at court with her. I would like you to write an appropriate letter to Evie conrming the outcome of the hearing and enclosing our bill and our standard client feedback form. I am listing below the key points from the hearing that I would like you to include: - Evie was disqualied from driving for 2 years. . Evie was ordered to pay a ne of 100 plus a contribution of 85 for court costs - Evie paid this at court on the day. . Magistrates did not make any community penalty order as they were impressed that Evie wanted to continue with her work at the Donkey Sanctuary with the disabled children. - Magistrates were clearly impressed that Evie showed remorse and was genuinely very sorry for what she had done. However, please remind Evie that they had no choice but to ban her due to the high levels of alcohol in her blood at the time of the offence. Just so you know, Evie decided that she did not want to try to reduce her driving licence ban by offering to undertake the drink-drive rehabilitation scheme she saw little point as she is thinking of doing some voluntary work overseas so will be away from the UK. Please leave this particular information out of the letter, as Ken is not aware of her possible plans. Evie must be encouraged to contact us if she has any queries on the court's sentence. I expect Evie is relieved the matter is all over and she can get back to her studies. Please draft out the letter today in my name and I will check it over before signing and sending it out.
