Please choose a real or hypothetical supervisee. Then use the RBT Task List and RBT Competency Assessment Form to assess the competency of your supervisee and select 5 supervision goals for the supervisee. In addition to completing the form you will, in a separate document, provide: (A) A description, example or explanation of what you 'did' or how you assessed (real or hypothetically) each of the items included on the form with your supervisee and (B) A list of 5 supervision goals that you would select for your supervisee, with explanation for why each was chosen, based on the results of the, real or hypothetical, RBT competency assessment.
