Gojek aims to keep their stakeholders feel safe during these difficult times and preserve as much normality and efficiency as possible. Their driver partners, distributor partners, and other business partners have been most affected by the different travel restrictions and lockdowns, thus they try their best to give their best support. The formation of the $6 million Gojek Partner Support Fund, supported by the donation of 25 percent of their annual salaries by our leadership team as well as the redirection of the organization-wide projected annual salary increases, is one of their outstanding initiatives. Their newly established Anak Bangsa Bisa Foundation (Children of the Nation May Foundation) is managing the fund, a mechanism through which Gojek and its stakeholders can work together to aid social causes. The actions mentioned previously are just the opening. On top of that, Gojek came up with various initiatives that significantly help their drivers-partners, merchants and the society, including the health care heroes during this pandemic. As the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has become more widespread, Gojek as the leading on-demand super app continues to strengthen assistance efforts for driver partners to ensure the sustainability of their livelihoods amidst decreased activity. Gojek has collected a Partner Assistance Fund worth IDR 100 billion, which includes donations of 25% of the annual salaries of senior management and the annual salary increase budget for all employees. These funds will be channeled to millions of driver partners using the Gojek platform through three main areas: the provision of health services, daily expenses aid, and income assistance. In regards to the provision of medical equipment for driver partners, Gojek has distributed masks, sanitizers, and vitamins for driver partners so that they get adequate protection while working. Moreover, Gojek provides health insurance coverage for drivers and intoduce health procedures with educational materials communicated to partners through notifications on the application. Relating to daily expenses aid, Gojek offers basic food package distribution program and collaborates with Alfamart (an Indonesian convenience store), in which they give vouchers to driver partners and service providers to buy basic daily necessities at Alfamart Morever, the driver partners will have the opportunity to purchase an economical and healthy food package at GoFood merchant-partners and exposed to vehicle loan payment assistance. As for income assistance, Gojek has added new features in the application, including adding options so that consumers can add partner tips (up to IDR 100,000) which are channeled directly to consumers' e- wallets. In addition, Gojek works with a number of ministries to ensure that driver partners - who meet the requirements - can participate in government assistance schemes, including Direct Cash Assistance. Gojek has coordinated several initiatives to drive demand with the aim of helping our merchant partners remain alive during these tumultuous times. One example is GoFood National Culinary Day, which focuses in increasing the number of sales for their merchant-partners by offering food and beverages at special prices during the month. Moreover, they help offline merchant-partners build an online presence. In Thailand, GET introduced a fast-track onboarding scheme to assist new merchants on board and collaborated with the Thailand Tourism Authority and Thai Hotels Association to put into the network some of Bangkok's most famous hotel restaurants. Furthermore, they introduced contactless distribution to ensure the health and safety of all stakeholders and ready to cook meals in the form of frozen meals and meal kits. Additionally, Gojek has collaborated with Halodoc, an online healthcare network, thus individuals could use the "check COVID-19" telemedicine service in the platform, which is available in the Gojek app in order to help them perform a self-assessment and have a remote online consultation with Halodoc physicians. Not only offering services for the society and helping them to remain, Gojek also aims to support the healthcare workers. They are collaborating with public hospitals through their GoHeroes project in Singapore to provide ride vouchers worth SGD10 each, which they will deliver to their employees over the next few months. Gojek has also joined forces with the Indonesian Ministry of Health and the Association of Indonesian Hospitals to provide GoCar and GoRide vouchers and free food to healthcare providers at COVID-19 health facilities through the GoBox service
