PLEASE COMENT ON THIS POST (OPINION)

This is an interesting test and exercise too. By taking this IAT test, my result shows that responses suggested "a moderate automatic association for male with Family and Female with Career." And based on the percentage of web respondents with each score falling into that category, I could say this is an implicit bias.

"Implicit bias" is often defined as being discriminatory or unsupported judgments in favour of or against one thing, person or group compared to another in a way usually considered unfair. Two things always have to consider when making an ethical decision. For example, evaluationslike - Good or bad, right or wrong etc. Managing human resources often requires making decisions in which "fairness plays a significant role" (Citeman,2008). For example, If you hire one candidate and reject another, promote one and demote another and pay one more and one less. In the workplace, how employees react to these decisions depends primarily on whether they think the findings and the processes that led up to them were fair to employees.

This bias automatically makes judgments based on past experiences, education and background. Understanding and addressing biases are vital to be aware of how you treat and interact with others, consciously and subconsciously. Also is often used to measure implicit bias in individuals.
