Pg. 39 - It is Defendant's burden to raise a lack of personal jurisdiction at the earliest opportunity possible.

Pg. 40 - Defendant was barred from raising the defense of personal jurisdiction when Defendant sent discovery requests to Plaintiff without addressing the personal jurisdiction

Pg. 5 - Even with that protection, the defendant is permitted to waive a personal jurisdiction defense. This is based on the policy that the defendant is allowed to consent to jurisdiction, but must do so at the earliest possible opportunity.
