Please determine the P/E ratio of the VYM (ETF) from vanguard (I got 38, is this correct? if its wrong please show how you calculated the correct P/E ratio) and also determine if it is high or low p/e ratio. If it is high would you consider it to be a good investment or if its low is it still good or no?

(also can you explain how do you know what goes into determining if a P/E ratio its kind of confusing to me)
