Please discuss the landowner/occupier's duty of reasonable care to trespassers.Does this rule apply to all trespassers? Is there anyone this rule does not apply to? Also please share your experiences with attractive nuisances. In your opinion, is it fair that a homeowner who puts up all the signs and safeguards around her pool is still going to be held liable if a child sneaks into the pool and drowns?
