Students will write a paper highlighting their experiences, in other words, tell the managers story. Explain how this person became a manager, their career path, positions they have held, etc. Describe their duties, frustrations, and successes of being a manager. The purpose of the assignment is to apply the concepts we have studied in the classroom to a real manager and his/her job. Papers will be around 5 pages in length, depending on the scope of the manager interviewed aim for quality, not quantity.
