Please draw a STATE TRANSITION DIAGRAM of an average doctor office management system, appointment management, payment management, bill, patient records, notes etc. For our system, there are several different types of practitioners that prescribe medications and take patients notes using the system to do so. They update and edit patient records information. Patients can update their personal profile and insurance information, make an appointment and cancel appointments using the system. Appointments are also managed by administrative personnel which doesn't have access to the prescription records or patient records but has access to insurance records, billing records and can schedule, rescheduled and cancel appointments as needed. Patients can pay bills using the system as well as they can just pay to the administrative staff at the front desk. Medical insurance personnel will have access to the prescriptions and to the whole patient records that will have information about the patient's visit at the doctor's office.
