Please explain the role of judicial review in a case you recently decided. Please explain how you arrived at your decision, including different factors that affected it. The role of Judicial review in my recent case was ruled that a music website was charging automatic membership fees after a free trail violated consumer rights in many states. Therefore, a group of citizens brought a class-action suit against the music website, which was in another state. The business claimed that the policy was agreed to at the time of signing up, but the petitioners claim it was tiny and unclear. While the business did follow the law by stating in the agreement that the customers are supposed to read carefully, but they did not put it clear enough of the major significance of those terms. Therefore, due to the fact that the terms to the customers were not clear enough in the agreement I ruled that they did in fact violate the customer's rights in many states
