Budget 800000 350000 180000 50000 You are further informed that: (a) 10% of Purchase and 20% of Sale are for cash and the remaining amount of purchase will be paid after a month and the remaining sale amount will be collected after 2 months (b) Wages are paid in the respective month and the rent of Rs. 5000 excluded in expense is paid monthly (d) Cash and Bank Balance on Jan 1, was Rs. 150000 and the company wants to maintain this amount at the end of every month, the excess cash being put in fixed deposits (Ignore interest). Shortage of cash can be met under the following (i) In case of deficit fund within the limit of Rs. 20,000 arrangements can be made with bank. (ii) In case of deficit fund exceeding Rs. 20,000 but within the limits of Rs. 70,000 issue of debentures is to be preferred. (Ignore interest). (iii) In case of deficit fund exceeding Rs. 70,000, issue of shares is preferred
