Please find the most feasible Design for the concrete post with the following conditions:

1) 6.2 meter high 2) Moment capacity of 10-kN.m

Please note that the frost line here in Ontario is about 1.2 meter so 5 meter of the post will be out of the ground acting as a cantilever. The goal is to find the most economical design to achieve our goal. You can save from both concrete and steel rebars by reducing the cross section of your post or using lesser amount of reinforcement. 14x14cm with 4 10M rebar concrete post would be a good starting point. if you are planning to use different type of reinforcement or high strength concrete, please be mindful of the price difference!
