One hypothesis that I would like to test would be in the field of basketball training. The average amount of kids in a group training session would be six. I believe that if the number of kids was reduced to two to four kids, these individuals would receive better results in their game. It is the small aspects of their fundamentals that can elevate their game to the next level. If the trainer can concentrate and focus their attention on a smaller amount of people, then the basketball trainer could call out the small mistakes and help the children become better basketball players. The population parameters would have a low standard deviation because although six kids are not too far from two to four, there is tremendous upside toward limiting the capacity of the group toward a training session. The hypothesized values come from my personal training basketball session I have with groups and I noticed a tremendous upside when the groups are smaller, rather than a large group. This allows more repetitions in a faster span of time which allows more of a workout for the people in training. Research has been done on this topic as there is more personal attention when it comes to a smaller group with working towards a personalized goal.
