Through awareness, the organization understands the essential areas that need improvement to deal with competition. Besides, organizations use awareness to understand shared resources with the market competitors (Ireland, Hitt & Hoskisson, 2016). As such, the organization understands the market structure, competitors, and the best way to deal with competition.
