On 2/21/2024 Theresa and I was having a conversation informing Ms. Rosa about her daily assignment (1^st floor med school/nursery). Rosa stated that it's too much due to her shoulder and she has restrictions however I have never seen or heard any communication stating that she is on "light duty", however it is my understanding within the facilities services department there is no light duty you to get full release from your doctor. Rosa was offered to work in other areas that were open for that day, Rosa stated that "she did not want to work in any of my areas because I hated her", I immediately stepped in and denied the accusation and assured her that I have no hatred towards her or any individual and she should speak facts not assumptions. She did eventually work the area and mopped floors.
