Please guide me on how to work on questions no.2 as well as drawing the graph. Thank you so much Stella is a movie buff and loves to snack on cookies and popsicles as she watches the old "Rocky" movies. As she prepares for a weekend marathon of movies she has spent her whole budget on these two items. Currently the marginal utility of Popsicles is (MUp= 12) and Cookies is (MUc=6), and the prices of Popsicles is (Pp=$1.20) and Cookies is (Pc=$0.80).

  1. If she has ten popsicles and ten cookies, is she maximizing her utility? If not, explain how she should reallocate her purchases to maximize her utility?
  2. Given the original allocation, how much is her budget (budget equation) and illustrate this on a properly labeled graph. Include her current consumption point and her current indifference curve. (Assume a normal shaped curve).
