Please Help ASAP

In the readings in Boss, we read ex-President Obama's speech which urged Congress to consider making a background check a national law for all gun purchases. In this speech Obama never addressed an age limit or which types of guns should be available. You will need to do a bit of research here and cite your sources (so | can find them). (1) Pick one career: e.g. a teacher, a lawyer, a nurse, an accountant, or a daycare provider. If acompany pays for a full background check on a candidate for the job you selected, what turns up in the check? Give as many details as you can find. What exactly appears in the criminal background check? What sorts of legal terms are used? Can you see what the infraction was in detail? For instance, if it was a "car jacking" how would that appear? If someone was arrested for child abuse, but a jury acquitted, would that show up? If someone assaulted someone, will it say if the assault was in response to someone assaulting the person first (e.g. both parties were found guilty of assault)? Can you see if a plea deal was reached? Can you see only convictions, or arrests as well? Are civil penalties shown? Are misdemeanors shown? s time spent in juvenile hall shown? Time spent in adrug rehab (if no crime took place)? If the person grew up in foster care? You do not need to answer every one of these questions, but as many as you can: Try to find out what you can or cannot learn from the deepest employment background check available if a company pays for one. (There are free ones just by googling someone: that is superficial and not deep.)
