(a) Which the lab tools would be used to help Bob:

(b) the procedure for determining Bob's frequency including the measurements used to make, how the equipment will be used to make the measurement and how you'll determine Bob's frequency from those measurements.

(c) Now Bob wants to know which variables affect his frequency. Explain to Bob how one variable could be changed in the experiment, how you would conduct the new experiment and how i would analyze the data.
